[Product Introduction]
DY-S type standard humidity generator is a kind of humidity generating device independently developed by our company based on the shunting method. It provides a constant humidity environment and can give a constant humidity air flow, which is widely used in agricultural production. Meteorology, environmental protection, national defense, scientific research, aerospace, atomic energy, chemical, health, provincial-level metrology institutes, etc., as the national secondary humidity standard. It is mainly used for various moisture sensitive components, humidity sensors, humidity meters and Verification/calibration of humidity measuring equipment such as standard dew point meter.
Working Principle
The gas from the stabilized gas source is dried and becomes dry gas. It is accurately divided into two by mass flow control device. One of the streams (flow rate is Qw) is passed through a saturator to make it water (or ice) after heat exchange. The thermodynamic phase equilibrium state (ie, reaching saturation), its relative humidity is 100% RH, and the other (flow rate is QD) after heat exchange (still dry gas), its relative humidity is 0% RH, and the previous saturation After the moisture is mixed evenly, it enters the test chamber. By adjusting the temperature and the proportional relationship between Qw and QD, the standard humidity with constant relative humidity value can be obtained.
